Dissertation work: Standardization of marketed herbal formulations containing Mucuna pruriens. The work included isolation of L-DOPA from three varieties of seeds of Mucuna Pruriens and chemical characterization of isolated L-DOPA by FT-IR, LC-MS/MS, HPLC and HPTLC. Second part included standardization of herbal formulations by quantitative determination of L-DOPA by advanced technique like HPTLC taking isolated L-DOPA as standard.
Other Research work did during M.Pahrm
Difference Spectroscopic analysis of Isoniazid in tablet dosage form
Method development for estimation of L-Dopa in plant extract and herbal formulation of Mucuna pruriens by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
Antiasthmatic activity of Vitex negundo and Eucalyptus globules
Antiasthmatic activity of Picrorhiza kurroa and Ocimum sanctum
