Pharmacology is the science which deals with drugs. It deals with effect of drugs on the body as well as the effect of body on the drug. Our pharmacology laboratory is well equipped with instruments like Physiograph Digital Kymograph Plus maze, y-maze, radial Maze Forced Swimming Apparatus Electroconvulsiometer Analgesiometer, etc. Our Pharmacology Laboratory does collaboration research work with Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC), Bhubaneswar, Institute of Life Science, Bhubaneswar, R & D of various pharmaceutical industries like Zydus, Ranbaxy etc. There is an air conditioned Animal House in which animals like Rabbits, Rats, Mice, Guinea Pigs etc are kept and bred for research work. This animal House is registered under CPCSEA (Regd. No 1171/C/08/CPCSEA)
